Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During drop/ peak periods, please allow an extra 1-2 days. 

Shipping Rates

We ship within Australia and internationally from Tweed Heads, NSW. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. 

International Orders

Please note that international orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs or import duties once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are usually:

• Standard 3-8 business days 
• Express 1-3 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@milkmob.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
