Shipping and Returns Policy

We hope you love your Milk Mob pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Return Period

Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Store Credit 

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Store credit has no expiry and can be used storewide. 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for store credit, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from marks, stains or odours
  • In original condition with tags attached  

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code over 20%

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Size exchanges are available where stock allows. If you're unsure on sizing, please reach out before ordering. 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@milkmob.com.au within 7 days with photos and your order number. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless item is faulty. 

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During drop/ peak periods, please allow an extra 1-2 days. 

Shipping Rates

We ship Australia-wide from Tweed Heads, NSW. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are usually:

  • Standard 3-8 business days 
  • Express 1-3 business days 
    (These are estimates provided by Sendle/ Aus Post)

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@milkmob.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
